Primary Duties:

• Perform routine guest room preparations and cleanings, meeting labor standards and maintaining public areas.
• Assist guests by offering hotel amenities, products, and services to enhance their experience and increase revenues.
• Help with laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs to management.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure the security of guests and property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
