Job summary

Engage Hospitality in California is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean, safe guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards.

You will perform duties such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring high standards of sanitation. Flexible weekends/holidays may be required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming;
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures;
• Dust and wipe surfaces such as windows, doors, walls, headboards, baseboards, and furniture;
• Replace linens, towels, and guest room amenities; restock supplies as needed;
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas;
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged/missing items to a supervisor;
• Turn in lost and found items in accordance with Company procedures;
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition;
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures;
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas;
• Provide courteous and professional service when responding to guest requests; and
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Description

Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Villa Montes’s standards.
