Job summary

Engage Hospitality in San Francisco is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas according to Hotel 32One’s standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, sanitizing bathrooms, restocking linens, and reporting maintenance issues to a supervisor, while providing courteous guest service and adhering to safety procedures. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming;
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures;
• Dust and wipe surfaces such as windows, doors, walls, headboards, baseboards, and furniture;
• Replace linens, towels, and guest room amenities; restock supplies as needed;
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas;
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged/missing items to a supervisor;
• Turn in lost and found items in accordance with Company procedures;
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition;
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures;
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas;
• Provide courteous and professional service when responding to guest requests; and
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About the Role:
