Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in Rowlett, TX to prepare units and maintain common areas for residents. You will ensure a clean, welcoming environment and support property operations under the supervision of the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include cleaning, supply management, daily inspections, and adherence to Fair Housing laws. Weekend work may be required as scheduled by the Property Manager. This role offers full-time status with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Related experience, and/or training in housekeeping or cleaning services.
• Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisor and coworkers.
• Weekends as determined by Property Manager and incorporated into work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms, and guest suites.
• Prepare make-ready units, cleaning doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain and request supplies to perform duties.
• Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups along leasing tour routes.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.

The Housekeeper is responsible for the preparation of units and common areas in a manner consistent with ZRS standards.
