Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to uphold the property standards and residents' well-being. The role involves preparing units and common areas, maintaining cleanliness across common spaces, and reporting to the Property Manager.

The Housekeeper will ensure timely cleaning, manage supplies, and perform inspections to maintain model and tour route readiness, while complying with Fair Housing laws. This position emphasizes confidentiality and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training required.
• Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and coworkers.
• Capacity to work cooperatively in a team environment.

• Prepare units for move-in, cleaning doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks, fixtures within 3–5 business days.
• Request and maintain supplies needed to perform duties.
• Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups of all models and leasing tour routes.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.

Housekeeper

The position of Housekeeper is essential to ensure a good first impression of the property and our residents' well‑being. The Housekeeper is responsible for the preparation of units and common areas in a manner consistent with ZRS standards and reports directly to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites.
• Prepare units for move‑in, cleaning all doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks, and fixtures within three to five business days.
• Request and maintain supplies needed to perform duties.
• Perform daily morning inspections and touch‑ups of all models and leasing tour routes.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.
