ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Housekeeper in Flower Mound, TX to prepare units and maintain common areas in line with ZRS standards. The Housekeeper reports to the Property Manager and collaborates with supervisors and coworkers to ensure residents enjoy a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include make-ready unit preparation within 3–5 business days, routine inspections of models and leasing routes, supplies management, and compliance with health & safety policies.

Qualifications

• Related experience or training in housekeeping.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong communication with Supervisor and coworkers.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ready units and common areas per ZRS standards.

The Housekeeper is responsible for the preparation of units and common areas in a manner consistent with ZRS standards.
