ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily communities in Rowlett, TX. You will manage leasing, rent collection, and maintenance while driving resident satisfaction and revenue growth.

The role requires leadership of a diverse team, strong market research to set competitive rents, and the ability to coordinate repairs and move-ins. Evening/weekend availability and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Experience as Property Manager in multifamily industry preferred.
• Strong computer, math, and reasoning skills; proficient in MS Office and marketing via internet/social media.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract/retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates and maximize revenue.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, move-ins, and make-ready.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
