Job description

Housekeeper position is essential to maintain a good first impression and residents' well-being. The Housekeeper reports directly to the Property Manager and ensures the preparation of units and common areas in line with ZRS standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms, and guest suites.
• Prepare and make ready units, cleaning all doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks, and fixtures within three to five business days.
• Maintain and request supplies needed to perform duties.
• Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups of all models and leasing tour routes.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.
• Effective communication with supervisor and coworkers.
• Cooperative teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, time-management, and the ability to adapt to change calmly.
• Confidentiality capability.
• Availability for weekends as scheduled with the Property Manager.
