Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. You will ensure cleanliness of the facility and uphold our culture of high standards to enhance the guest experience.

This position is available as full-time or part-time, with shifts including days and evenings; no team member housing is available at this location. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Limited to no experience required; previous commercial cleaning or guest service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuums, tools, and fixtures.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and follow instructions.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize public areas, rooms, and restrooms; empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal area; replenish supplies.
• Conduct walk-arounds of assigned areas to meet housekeeping standards; keep linen rooms and work areas neat and organized.
• Interact with and assist guests on occasion while cleaning guest and meeting rooms.
• Report maintenance repair problems to supervisor.
• Ensure lost and found items are turned in and logged daily.

The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time or part-time Housekeeper to join our team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. As Housekeeper, you will ensure cleanliness of the facility to maintain our culture of high standards and enhance the guest experience.

Please not that there is no team member housing available at this location.

Pay

$20.00 – $25.00 / hour

What will you do?

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Limited to no experience required; previous commercial cleaning or guest service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and follow instructions
• Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces
