Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a Housekeeper at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. The role can be full-time or part-time and focuses on maintaining cleanliness to uphold high standards and guest satisfaction.

There is no team member housing available at this location; the position includes a comprehensive benefits package and shift options to fit a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Limited to no experience required; previous cleaning or guest service preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools and fixtures.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and follow instructions.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public areas, rooms, and restrooms; empty trash and replenish supplies.
• Conduct walk-arounds to ensure housekeeping standards; keep linen rooms neat and organized.
• Interact with guests occasionally while cleaning guest and meeting rooms.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Log daily lost-and-found items.

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time or part-time Housekeeper to join our team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. As Housekeeper, you will ensure cleanliness of the facility to maintain our culture of high standards and enhance the guest experience.

Please not that there is no team member housing available at this location.

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize public areas, rooms, and restrooms; empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal area; replenish supplies
• Conduct walk-aroundof assigned areas to ensure the facility meets housekeeping standards; ensure all linen rooms and work areas are neat, clean, and organized
• Interact with and assist guests on occasion while cleaning guest and meeting rooms
• Report maintenance repair problems to supervisor
• Ensure all lost and found items are turned in and logged daily

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Limited to no experience required; previous commercial cleaning or guest service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and follow instructions
• Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces

Nova Guides provides ATV/UTV guided tours and rentals, winter snowmobile and snow coach guided tours and rentals, and private fly fishing and archery instruction.
