Responsibilities

• Train and guide new team members while upholding policy.
• Provide excellent guest service and respond promptly to requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $22.00/hr – $29.22/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full time (split shifts, nights, holidays, weekends available)
• Minimum Age: 18+

Job Responsibilities

• Clean guest units, office, and common areas including restrooms to meet Vail Resorts quality, health, and safety standards
• Replenish amenities in guest units, offices, and common areas
• Maintain inventory and organization of housekeeping supplies in work carts and storage closet
• Report lost & found items, damages, safety concerns, maintenance needs, accidents, or injuries to management
• Train, monitor, and delegate tasks to new employees while ensuring adherence to company housekeeping policy and standards
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, teammates, and management, responding promptly to requests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of prior housekeeping experience preferred; guest service or hospitality experience a plus
• English communication required; bilingual language skills a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours) while consistently bending and lifting
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivating, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of housekeeping responsibilities
