You will work in a campus setting, performing routine cleaning tasks, adhering to infection-control practices, and supporting residents with courteous and respectful service.

Qualifikationen

• Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned spaces throughout the campus.
• Perform routine dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, sanitizing, and restroom cleaning.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with established procedures.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and infection-control practices.
• Safely operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and use cleaning products according to manufacturer and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and needed repairs to the appropriate department.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, visitors, and staff.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach while performing cleaning tasks.
• Push and pull housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment.
• Perform repetitive motions associated with cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and wiping.
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed and in varying environmental conditions.
