Kendal at Hanover, a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Hanover, NH, is seeking a part-time Custodian/Housekeeping staff member. The successful candidate will maintain sanitation standards, follow the daily schedule, and respond to cleaning needs across assigned areas.

Responsibilities include floor care, identifying unsafe conditions, adhering to infection-control policies, and performing occasional laundry duties.

Job description

Kendal at Hanover is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community and home to 400+ residents. Kendal has a Custodian/Housekeeping position available. The successful candidate will:

• Assure quality of sanitation in assigned areas by working efficiently.
• Adhere to the daily schedule, thoroughly clean all assigned areas, including all floor care and respond to emergency cleaning needs.
• Identify and correct (or report) any unsafe conditions throughout the community.
• Maintain standards of infection control for self and the community by adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
• Complete some laundry functions that are assigned on an as needed basis.

Pay range: $19.75 - $23.50 per hour
