Job summary

Westdale is seeking a dedicated housekeeper for our apartment community in Euless, TX. This hourly, non-exempt position focuses on keeping the property clean and well-maintained, including offices, clubhouses, restrooms, and laundry facilities.

You will prepare vacant apartments for move-ins and may assist with other tasks as needed. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, FSA options, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet physical requirements and follow directions.
• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily.
• Clean and maintain laundry facilities and model apartments daily.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-in.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Community Manager or Assistant Manager.

Our apartment community is seeking a housekeeper for our 2,141-unitbeautifully landscapedapartment community in Euless!We need you to keep our property looking its best! Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
• Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
• Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily
• Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
• Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
