Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Texas is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeper for our 2,141-unit apartment community in Euless. You will maintain cleanliness of offices, clubhouses, laundry facilities, and model apartments, ensuring readiness for new residents and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements.
• Experience with cleaning and safety of chemicals encouraged.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily.
• Clean and maintain the laundry facilities and model apartments daily.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-in.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager.

Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
• Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
• Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily
• Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
• Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
