Job summary

Westdale is seeking a housekeeper for our 336-unit apartment community in northwest Houston. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and safely in a busy environment.

You will clean offices, clubhouses, and model apartments, and prepare vacant units for new residents. Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
• Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily.
• Cleaning and maintaining model apartments daily.
• Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in.
• Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager

Rate:$16.00 - $17.00per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
