Job summary

Weinstein Properties seeks an attentive Housekeeper for our Mansfield, TX apartment community. You will clean and maintain common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, and vacant/model homes to keep the property welcoming and well-kept.

The role is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with competitive hourly pay starting at $16.50/hour plus quarterly bonuses. Eligible for rent discounts, holidays, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401k match.

We have a fantastic Housekeeper opportunity available! Join us at our beautiful apartment community in Mansfield, TX!

Housekeeper Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Bonus: Currently Housekeepers are eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing.

Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting

• You will get dirty: Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
• Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities.
• This is a busy and physically demanding role:. This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
