Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Houston seeks a full-time Housekeeper for our 336-unit community in northwest Houston. You will clean offices, the clubhouse, restrooms, and model apartments, and prepare vacant units for new residents.

Rate $16.00–$17.00 per hour, non-exempt, with monthly renewal bonuses. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
• Constant need to be on feet and perform physical activities.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily.
• Cleaning and maintaining model apartments daily.
• Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in.
• Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
