Job summary

Sunstone in Denton, TX is seeking a friendly housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable spaces across the community. Your work helps residents feel at home and supports a welcoming atmosphere every day.

You will clean leasing office, model apartments, restrooms, and amenities; assist with make-ready, report safety issues, stock supplies, and follow sanitation protocols. Training is provided; prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members across the community.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, lifting).

• Help create a clean, welcoming environment residents are proud to call home.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all community common areas, including the leasing office, restrooms, model apartments, amenities, and vacant apartment homes.
• Ensure vacant apartments are clean, fresh, and always ready to welcome prospective residents.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparations and other housekeeping tasks as directed by the Property Manager.
• Monitor the community for maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or conditions that could impact residents, visitors, or team members, and report them promptly.
• Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
