You will clean leasing office, model apartments, restrooms, and amenities; assist with make-ready, report safety issues, stock supplies, and follow sanitation protocols. Training is provided; prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members across the community.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all common areas.
• Ensure vacant apartments are clean, fresh, ready for showing.
• Assist with apartment make-ready and other housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor for maintenance issues and safety hazards and report promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; notify when replenishment is needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Help create a clean, welcoming environment residents are proud to call home.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
