Job summary

Sunstone in Denton, TX is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming community spaces for residents and visitors.

You will clean common areas, prep vacant apartments for showings, and assist with make-ready tasks while following safety and sanitation guidelines. Training is available; previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required. A collaborative approach and reliable work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all community common areas, including the leasing office, restrooms, model apartments, amenities, and vacant apartment homes.
• Ensure vacant apartments are clean, fresh, and always ready to welcome prospective residents.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparations and other housekeeping tasks as directed by the Property Manager.
• Monitor the community for maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or conditions that could impact residents, visitors, or team members, and report them promptly.
• Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
