Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Hilton Head Island to support villa care and guest experiences, performing preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and responding to repair requests to help create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts, holidays and both weekend days.
• Background and drug screening may be required per policy.
• Ability to reach overhead, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs Villa Care Preventive Maintenance tasks such as painting and basic repairs like replacing lightbulbs.
• Performs temperature readings on appliances/HVAC and other systems as assigned.
• Performs minor building repairs and attends to guest repair requests.
• Maintains engineering-related inventory and participates in safety trainings.
