Job summary

Tennessee State Veterans' Homes in Cleveland, TN is hiring a full-time Housekeeper with laundry responsibilities at our new facility. The role rotates every other weekend and divides duties between housekeeping and laundry as needed.

We offer competitive wages ($13.09 to $18.39 per hour) based on experience, along with benefits and a supportive team dedicated to serving Tennessee veterans and residents with high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/ laundry experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand standard English and be able to work with standard cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping and laundry functions.
• Split duties between housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Work every other weekend as part of rotation.

We are currently looking for a full-time Housekeeper/who will be responsible for performing day-to-day housekeeping and laundry functions at our new facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. This is a full-time position that will split duties between housekeeping and laundry as needed. This position requires every other weekend rotation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous housekeeping/ laundry experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred. Individual must be able to work independently, and l must be able to deal tactfully and effectively with residents, families, visitors and co-workers. Must be able to read and understand standard English and be able to work with standard cleaning chemicals.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
