Job summary

Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes Board in Cleveland, Tennessee, seeks a full-time housekeeper to perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks at our new facility.

The role requires the ability to work independently, interact with residents and staff, and comply with cleaning chemical safety guidelines.

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.

Pay Scale: $13.09 to $$18.39 - Based on years of experience

We are currently looking for a full-time Housekeeper/who will be responsible for performing day-to-day housekeeping and laundry functions at our new facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. This is a full-time position that will split duties between housekeeping and laundry as needed. This position requires every other weekend rotation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous housekeeping/ lunch experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred. Individual must be able to work independently, and l must be able to deal tactfully and effectively with residents, families, visitors and co-workers. Must be able to read and understand standard English and be able to work with standard cleaning chemicals.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
