We are seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and cheerful environment for senior residents, staff, and visitors at our Assisted Living Memory Care facility in Chanhassen, MN.

This is a full-time Housekeeper position with the following schedule:

• 40 hours every two weeks
• Evening shift from 5 pm to 9 pm
• Every other weekend
• Includes new early wage access

Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living communities, located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. Opened in 2019, it offers 134 units across Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced, and Memory Care. The community also features on-site intergenerational child care and engaging programming with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident and common areas, including floor care
• Assist with light maintenance and clean emergency spills
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Assist residents with laundry as needed
• Ensure timely turnover of apartments
• Perform duties safely, using proper body mechanics and protective gear
• Promote a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, multi-task, and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions and handle cleaning of human/bodily fluids or waste
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, including policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or a similar environment
