Job description

Heritage Apartments, part of the Lyngblomsten Campus, has an opening for a Full-Time Housekeeper.

The posted pay range of this hourly position is$16.40 to $20.61.The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

Responsibilities

  • Full-time, 5 days a week: M-F, day shift, 8am-4:30pm
  • Wide range general cleaning of common areas
  • Tenant unit cleaning
  • Set up and assist with tenant activities (daily and monthly)
  • Assist with Seasonal decorating in common areas
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Requires bending, standing, stooping, pushing, pulling and reaching above shoulder level.

Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrates an ability and sincere desire to work with the geriatric resident by showing a sense of responsibility, moral integrity and common sense.
  2. Must be able to understand and follow oral and/or written directions.
  3. Individual must be at least 18 years of age
