Home2 Suites in Rapid City, SD is hiring a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms to brand standards and support a welcoming environment for guests. You will respond to guest needs, maintain cleanliness, and handle special requests with efficiency and a positive attitude.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and a professional appearance. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, with lifting and mobility expectations as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be flexible (weekends and holidays).
• Maintain professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Able to lift and carry loads in excess of 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms in accordance with established brand/hotel standards.
• Responds to guest and coworker requests in a friendly, positive manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards for the property.
• Carries out special guest requests promptly (extra towels, etc.).
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
