Job summary

AmericInn Hotel & Suites in Rapid City, SD is seeking a hands-on housekeeper to maintain clean, inviting guest rooms and common areas. You will respond to guest needs promptly, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and work as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping a plus, but not required.
• Flexible with weekends and holidays.
• Maintain professional appearance and manner.
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Able to lift and carry loads over 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms per standards to ensure availability of vacant, clean rooms.
• Responds to guests and coworkers in a friendly, positive manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the property.
• Handle special guest requests promptly (extra towels, etc).
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
