Job summary

Residence Inn Rapid City is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to maintain guest room cleanliness and sustain high hygiene standards. You will respond to guest needs with courtesy and efficiency, while supporting a welcoming atmosphere for all team members.

Flexibility for weekends/holidays, professional appearance, and physical stamina to lift heavy loads are required. Training on safety and cleaning protocols is provided, with opportunities for growth within LIV Hospitality perks.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be flexible (weekends and holidays).
• Team player with a professional appearance.
• Attention to detail to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Must know how to safely use cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Ability to walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, twist, lift, push, pull and carry loads over 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms according to hotel standards to ensure cleanliness and turnover.
• Responds to guest and coworker needs in a friendly, positive manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the property.
• Fulfills special requests from guests (extra towels, replacing faulty equipment, etc.).
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
