Warm Hearth is seeking a customer service-oriented Housekeeper to join Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village. You will work with a supportive team to keep residents comfortable and safe, greet them on arrival, and provide timely service.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas and resident rooms, assisting with laundry, maintaining infection control, and relaying resident suggestions to management in a kind, respectful manner.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a team setting and independently.
• Experience in elderly care or healthcare environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner.
• Keep common areas and resident rooms clean and neat.
• Assist in laundry ensuring proper washing, folding, and storage.
• Ensure infection control at all times.
• Communicate suggestions from residents to managers.
