Job summary

Warm Hearth Village is seeking a dedicated Full Time Kitchen Assistant for the Kroontje Health Care Center. Starting pay is $14.00–$15.00 per hour. No previous food service experience required; strong customer service and teamwork are valued.

Free meals every shift; ServSafe certification and CPR/FA provided; uniforms and shoes supplied. Shifts are 5:30am–2:00pm with every other weekend; benefits include low-cost HSA for FT employees and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Walk and stand for majority of shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner.
• Ensure dining room is cleaned and stocked.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and equipment.
• Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner per guidelines.
• Assist in meal preparation.

Starting payrate 14.00 - 15.00 per hourNo previous experience in food service is required-we're looking for people with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work as a part of a team.We provide company paid ServSafe certification and CPR/FA, along with uniforms and work shoes.This position can be a steppingstone to further career opportunities throughout Warm Hearth Village and the wider healthcare field.
