Warm Hearth Village at Kroontje Healthcare Center is seeking a Life Enrichment Associate to help develop and implement activities to meet residents’ needs. The role reports to the Director of Life Enrichment and focuses on creating engaging programs with a team.

Candidates should have at least one year of life enrichment experience, be able to work weekends and holidays, and document participation and incidents accurately. Shifts are Monday–Friday with some weekends.

• At least one year of experience in life enrichment.
• Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Attend all in-services classes as assigned and complete assignments.
• Document resident participation and incidents accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsible to perform duties as assigned by the Director of Life Enrichment to facilitate the programs in place.Requirements:Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.At least one year of experience in life enrichment.Availability to work some weekends and holidays.Job duties include:Treat residents, family, visitors, and coworkers with respect and dignityPlan and implement programs and events.Attend all in-services classes as assigned and complete assignmentsDocument resident participation and incidents accurately and in a timely mannerObserve all facility policies and proceduresAccept assigned job duties in a cooperative mannerRate:Starting at $16.00Shifts/Hours/Schedules:Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm.
