Job summary

Sage-Haus is seeking a warm, dependable Household Manager & Personal Assistant to join a busy family in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on meal planning, home organization, errands, and coordinating cleaners and vendors.

You will work 12–20 hours per week with mornings preferred, and a strong emphasis on independence and initiative. The ideal candidate is comfortable around children and pets, has reliable transportation, and is up to date on health guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Smoke-free environment.
• Driver's license preferred for errands.
• CPR certification, or willing to obtain.
• Comfortable working around toddlers and pets.
• Vaccinations up to date per AAP and CDC guidelines, subject to legal accommodations.
• Confidentiality agreement (NDA) required.

Responsibilities

• Meal planning and prep for 5 dinners per week; grocery shopping and kitchen cleanup.
• Create and maintain household organization systems; daily resets and preparation for cleaners.
• Restock pantry/fridge and manage household orders/subscriptions; run errands as needed.
