Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Rockville, MD.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Vaccinations up to date per guidelines as applicable by law and guidance

Responsibilities

• Provide childcare and support in nanny-style capacity during school breaks or when coverage is needed.
• Handle occasional pickups and drop-offs.
• Prep backpacks, clothing, and snacks for children.
• Help children unpack and reset backpacks after school.
• Support with monthly date nights and occasional evening coverage.
• Assist with airport drop-offs and pickups (approx. twice yearly).
• Build and maintain household organization systems room-by-room.
• Daily resets and prep ahead of weekly cleaning visits.
• Light tidying and upkeep of high-traffic areas.
• Coordinate clothing swaps, décor rotations, and bedding transitions.
• Coordinate and drop off donations.
• Assist with event, holiday, and guest preparations.
• Support packing/unpacking for travel.
• Oversee maintenance tasks like batteries, bulbs, detectors, fridge filters.
• Wash, chop, and prep produce; assist with meal prep for several evenings per week.
• Prepare healthy snacks and kid-friendly grab-and-go options.
• Prep school lunches the night before.
• Grocery shopping with attention to dietary preferences.
• Organize and refresh the refrigerator.
• Collaborate on weekly family menu and cooking nights.
