Job summary

Sage Haus in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Household Manager & Personal Assistant with meal prep support to help run a busy home for two working parents, a young child, and two pets. This part-time role offers 12–20 hours weekly and compensation of 30–35/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include meal planning, shopping, errands, organization, laundry, vendor oversight, travel assistance, and occasional admin support, with a focus on reliability and initiative.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Completion of a confidentiality agreement (NDA) required.
• Comfortable around toddlers and pets.
• Vaccinations up to date per AA Pediatrics and CDC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meal planning and prep for the family, including 5 dinners per week.
• Create and maintain household organization systems; daily resets.
• Oversee pantry and household supplies; manage shopping and subscriptions.
• Laundering, folding, linen rotation; keep laundry area tidy.
