Job summary

Sage Haus in Encinitas, CA seeks a Part-Time House Manager with a meal prep focus to support a busy family of three. This role is 20-25 hours per week with a Mon-Thu 1:00 PM–6:00 PM and Fri 12:30 PM–5:30 PM schedule, offering $32–$36 per hour based on experience.

Key duties include meal planning/prep, household organization, driving, and coordinating vendors and cleaners, while maintaining a safe, smoke-free home and engaging with children. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Vaccinations up to date per CDC guidelines.
• Reliable transportation and mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate family calendar and errands.
• Plan, shop for and prepare 3–4 family dinners per week.
• Laundry, linen care and closet organization.
• Maintain household systems and coordinate cleaners/contractors.
• Oversee pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with packing/unpacking for travel and seasonal projects.
