Job summary

Sage Haus in Cleveland, OH seeks a Part-Time House Manager (about 20 hours/week) to oversee daily household operations with a proactive, coaching approach. Core hours approx. 2:00–7:00 PM on weekdays; some days may start around 1:00 PM or have flexible summer hours. Compensation $30–$35 per hour W-2, start ASAP.

You’ll manage family support, errands, meals, laundry, and organization, collaborating with the family to maintain a warm, orderly home while guiding kids in practical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in household management, family assistant, or similar role.
• Reliable personal transportation; may use family vehicle.
• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Up-to-date vaccinations per ACA/CDC guidelines; flu and COVID preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable driving minors and participating in carpools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household life: organize, tidy, and ensure smooth flow.
• School pickups and activity drop-offs; escort kids home in late afternoon.
• Coach kids on after-school responsibilities with warmth and consistency.
• Enforce screen time rules and household guidelines.
