Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide childcare for young children, including a newborn.
• Manage daily routines: meals, naps, playtime, outdoor time, and limited screen time.
• Engage children with crafts, reading, interactive play, and age-appropriate household contributions.
• Prep backpacks, clothing, and snacks; handle morning and afterschool logistics.
• School drop-off and pick-up support on an as-needed basis.
• Kid-related errands as needed.
• Create and Maintain household organization systems; daily resets for biweekly cleaners.
• Light tidying: dishes, surfaces, vacuuming high-traffic areas.
