Job summary

Sage Haus LLC is seeking a House Manager to oversee daytime routines in a busy San Diego home, handling organization, laundry, errands, inventory, and light meal prep for 3–4 dinners weekly.

This part-time role (12–18 hours/week) offers core hours around 8:30–11:30am, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility. A valid driver’s license, US work authorization, and comfort with children and a dog are required. Mileage reimbursement is provided and pay is $30–$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Vaccinations up to date per guidelines.
• Comfortable around children and dogs.
• Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee morning routines and daily household organization.
• Handle laundry: wash, dry, fold, and store linens.
• Run errands and manage household inventory and supplies.
• Provide light meal prep to support 3–4 dinners per week.
• Coordinate with family schedule and vendor visits as needed.
• Occasional pet care for the family dog.
