Job summary

McCollister’s is seeking a motivated driver to plan and execute orders, provide pickup and delivery services for household goods, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

You will work with dispatchers to resolve issues, record order status, and supervise helpers. A Class A CDL, clean driving record, ability to lift 75 lbs, and proficient computer skills are required. A Real ID is needed for access to military bases.

Job description

Plan and execute assigned orders to exceed customer expectations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability for McCollister’s and its members.

Provides pick up and delivery services for a variety of household and household goods commodities. Strives to satisfy customers by providing individualized service according to established plans. Works with customers to execute service and resolve minor problems. Identifies significant customer service problems to the dispatcher and planner for resolution. Records the status of orders and completes associated paperwork thoroughly. Success in this position is measured through safety ratings, productivity, customer satisfaction, and claims rating.

A valid Real ID is required for access to military bases.
