Job summary

Drivers can reside anywhere in the country and will report to the Operations Manager. You will handle pickups and deliveries for electronics commodities, resolve minor issues with customers, and ensure profitability and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Overview

Reports to Operations Manager

Plan and execute assigned orders to exceed customer expectations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability for McCollister’s and its members.

Provides pick up and delivery services for a variety of electronics commodities. Strives to satisfy customers by providing individualized service according to established plans. Works with customers to execute service and resolve minor problems. Identifies significant customer service problems to the dispatcher and planner for resolution. Records the status of orders and completes associated paperwork thoroughly. Success in this position is measured through safety ratings, productivity, customer satisfaction, and claims rating.

Drivers can reside anywhere in the country.
