Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking multiple full-time Community Liaisons for the Burlington County, NJ region to promote Hospice services and navigate community referrals. The role focuses on visiting health facilities and offices, building relationships with professionals, and developing strategic marketing plans to expand the company’s reach in New Jersey.

The position requires 3+ years in marketing or health-facing roles, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential of service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities and other sources of referrals to present company credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze organization to determine strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete analysis of the company’s product line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and timetable.
• Implement marketing plan within timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and plan periodically.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff with updates as needed.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Ennoble Care is seeking multiple Full-time, preferred experienced Community Liaisons for our Burlington County, NJ region! The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company services and Hospice services.

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.

• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 - $95,000, + Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
