Job summary

Doctors Medical Center of Modesto seeks an experienced administrative leader to oversee hospital service functions on the night shift. Reporting to the Manager, Administrative Supervisor, this RN will ensure operational efficiency and high-quality patient care across departments.

Requirements include a CA RN license with current BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC/TCAR within 6 months. BSN preferred; 3+ years in critical care or ED and supervisory experience are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• 3+ years recent critical care and/or emergency department experience required.
• Supervisor/Manager experience preferred.
• Current CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC and/or TCAR required within 6 months of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hospital service functions on the night shift under the supervision of the Manager, Administrative Supervisor.
• Provide leadership and direction to nursing and support staff to ensure patient care standards and operational efficiency.

Position Summary Reporting to the Manager, Administrative Supervisor, the Administrative Supervisor, a Registered Professional Nurse, has administrative responsibility for the management of all hospital service functions on his/her shift.
