The primary function of House Manager is to provide pregnant women a nurturing and healthy environment to reside in. House Managers monitor the overall supervision of the program on their shift while providing support to program participants. Under the supervision and guidance of the Residential Program Specialist, House Managers assist with personal, educational and professional goals of program participants, as well as maintaining medical appointments. This position creates a positive impact on the lives of the expecting mothers and the staff who assist them.
