Job description

The House Manager provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of an assigned children’s residence, creating and maintaining a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed, and person-centered environment for children and adolescents with intellectual, developmental, behavioral, medical, and physical disabilities.

JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Assistant Director of Residential Services, the House Manager leads the daily operation of the residence and supervises assigned staff. The position coordinates staffing, scheduling, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support each student’s health, safety, dignity, social-emotional well-being, development, and greater independence. The House Manager maintains a flexible schedule and participates in assigned on-call coverage.
