Overview

The House Manager provides oversight, coordination, and appropriate role modeling in a therapeutic environment that promotes the physical, emotional and behavioral health of each student, and assists them in developing adaptive life skills. The House Manager is responsible for on‑site management in an assigned residence, including monitoring, quality assurance, staff training and development, and scheduling of personnel.

Responsibilities

The House Manager is directly accountable to the Director of Residential Services, who provides supervision and training. Due to the nature of the workflow and level of responsibility, the House Manager maintains a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social work, health, human services, education, psychology, or related field; or 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, and 12 months of supervisory experience in any field.
• High School diploma plus 36 months of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, plus 18 months of supervisory experience in any field (preferred).
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.

Compensation

Base Pay: $21.50 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and education. Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000.
