Job description

House Manager Position Requires at least 3 years Direct Support Professional Experience. House manager experience preferred.

This position will allow you to have a hand in the personal growth of a person receiving individualized services. Potential candidate needs to have at least 1 year working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Provide oversight, direct care, and support to individuals that live with developmental disabilities to reach their goals in their community and home.

Ensure medical, social and educational/vocational needs are met for consumer.

Mentor and train new employees. Management experience is preferred.

Must be dependable with valid driver's license and reliable transportation; must be 18 years old, have high school diploma/GED; trainings (CPR/1st aid, Mandt, Medication Administration Certificate) are provided.

Candidate should have good communication skills, complete documentation as required, able to transfer/lift individuals as needed, have open availability to direct care shifts and a willingness to help others.

Starting wage of $24.00 per hour. Other benefits are offered which include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K benefits.

Candidate should be available for morning, evening and overnight shifts. If unavailable for all listed shifts, but interested in a leadership role, Lead Staff positions are available.
