Status: Part Time

Shift: Third

Job Summary:

The House Manager has shift accountability for patient care and customer service, staff leadership, quality improvement, financial viability, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Allocate staff and optimize productivity.
  2. Coordinate service needs throughout the facility.
  3. Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
  4. Support quality care initiatives.
  5. Serve as a change agent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Active Kentucky RN License.
  • At least two years of recent leadership and clinical experience.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
