Job summary

Minimum Education Required

High school diploma or GED required. Additional education in human services or a related field preferred.

Minimum Experience Required

At least two years of consistent experience in a 245D program, group home, assisted living, caregiving, or similar residential setting. Previous House Manager, Lead Staff, or supervisory experience preferred. A stable employment history will be strongly considered.
