Job summary

Providence Support Services, Inc. is seeking a House Lead to oversee a residence serving individuals with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities.

The role includes ensuring safe, efficient operations and coordinating clinical plans and staff support. You will schedule staff, transport clients to appointments, be on call, cover shifts, and maintain systems like Therap, FileMaker, QuickMar and iTherapy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement ISP, BSP, TSS & Healthcare/Crisis Plans for participants
• Provide daily behavioral support and crisis intervention as part of the crisis team
• Supervise and train staff at the residence, ensuring safety and quality of care
• Schedule staff and clients, coordinate appointments, and manage on-call coverage
• Maintain clinical/operational systems (Therap, FileMaker, QuickMar, iTherapy) and documentation
• Oversee the residence operations, ensuring efficient and effective program delivery

The House Lead position is safety sensitive, salary exempt. The House Lead is responsible for the one residence, the employees working within the residence, and the program participants residing in the residence who have intellectual, developmental and/or physical disabilities, assuring the facility operates in an efficient & effective manner. The House Lead is additionally responsible for scheduling, taking clients to appointments, being on call, coverings shifts, maintaining Therap, File maker, Quickmar, Itherapy, teaching and training the staff in the residence you oversee. The House Lead oversees coordination and implementation of the Individual Service Plans (ISP), Behavioral Support Plan (BSP), Teaching Support & Strategies (TSS) & Healthcare/Crisis Plans for the program participants receiving services, provides behavioral support daily and in times of crisis, is part of the crisis team, supervises and trains employees at the residence, etc. The House Lead is an essential employee and responsible for the additional duties as listed below and/or assigned:
